We recently caught The Ugly Truth starring the hot Katherine Heigl and rugged Gerard Butler.
The movie did reveal some interesting truths, or half-truths (?) about men! Read on for some interesting quotes from the movie!
1. Stop trying to win a man’s heart. Aim lower.
2. Men are visual creatures.
3. If you want a relationship, here is how you get one: It’s called a Stairmaster.
4. Laugh at whatever a man says.
5. No man is saying ‘I love you’ without expecting something in return. And by something, it’s not a home-cooked meal.
6. Women, you have to be two people in order to lure your man: the saint and the sinner, the librarian and the stripper.
On one hand, we had the rough and rugged Gerard Butler who scoffed at romantic visions women have and whose main aim was just to get women into bed!
And on the other hand, we had sensitive Colin who seemed just about every woman’s dream man, surprising her with picnics and impromptu visits.
No prizes for guessing which guy won the battle of love. So men, what’s the ugly truth? Do good guys finish last?!

Not necessarily. Some of the guys I know just pretend to be a good guy/gentleman to impress girls. They’re not genuinely nice/good and in due time you’ll discover their charade. Then they’ll whine about how girls will go for the bad boys later. Hint: Real good guys do good things cos it is the right thing to do, not impress girls. I don’t care for bad boys. Too much drama involved. Give me a cute nerd anytime.
Most important thing is too improve yourself physically and mentally. Girls will love you for your sincerity and effort.
Also, Gerard Butler needs a good shave.
