After a hot shower, if I dont dry off my face, I can literally shave with just the rasor. No foam or soap what-so-ever. The hair is softened by the heat and humidity of the hot shower and the lubricant on the Gilette Mach 3 (Mach 5 is ridiculously expensive and usless!) is usually all I need.
