After trying the Vichy Normaderm Refine Total Pore Resurfacing Essence and the Normaderm Anti-Imperfection Hydrating Care moisturizer and seeing the amazing results, I went ahead to try some other Vichy products. This time, I got a sample of the Vichy Deep Cleansing Gel For Clear Skin, the Daily Exfoliating Cleansing Gel and Imperfection Prone Skin Lotion. In this post, I shall share my experience on the Deep Cleansing Gel For Clear Skin and the Imperfection Prone Skin Lotion.
The Vichy Deep Cleansing Gel For Clear Skin is a product for skin prone to imperfections and acne. Vichy Laboratoires does in fact have Vichy Homme Cleansing Gel (125ml) for Men but it is not yet available in Malaysia. However, you can try the Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Gel For Clear Skin (RM65/200ml) which contains Salicylic Acid and VICHY Thermal Spa Water and is available at most leading pharmacies.
I have tried a sample of this deep cleansing gel for more than a week and it really gives my face skin an indepth cleanse and is very refreshing 
You only need to use very little of the gel and just lather the gel between your fingers and palms and then apply the foam to your face. I concentrate on washing my forehead, nose and jaw areas and after the wash, my skin feels smooth and amazingly clean. However, in the deep cleansing process, you will loose the moisture in your skin and your face will feel tight and dry. But this feeling can be overcome by applying toner followed by moisturizer.
Vichy products are available at most leading pharmacies and the Normaderm range is targeted at acne-prone skin and oily skin. If you have normal-combination or dry skin you may find these product too drying.
