I have been using L’Oreal Men Expert White Activ 360 Moisturising Fluid and have found that it works very well for Asian men’s skin. I had previously tried other cosmetic counter brands before they created ranges for men and often found these to be very greasy especially in the day time.
Living in a tropical country, without a good moisturiser, the face can get very oily as the day progresses. L’Oreal Men Expert White Activ is a light moisturiser that absorbs well into the skin. I apply it once in the morning before I leave for work and it leaves my skin moisturised without any sticky feeling or leaving me feeling like I am wearing a mask. On average, without long exposure in the sun, an application once in the morning is sufficient to see me through the day.
An added benefit of L’Oreal Men Expert White Activ is that it contains Melano Block which has sunblock properties. Hence, it comes with an SPF20 rating as well. Very useful especially with the prolonged exposure to the sun while driving or UV rays from computer screens. With this, you get the added protection of a sunblock in a moisturiser without the need to apply a separate lotion.
It has served me very well so far and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple, light moisturiser that does not leave a greasy feeling after application. As previously mentioned, the sunblock element is a very useful added bonus. L’Oreal Men Expert White Activ can be found in many of the local pharmacies or supermarkets. They also have a range of facial cleansers and shaving foams which I have yet to try. You will be the fist to know about it once I give them a go.

How much is one bottle sold here in Malaysia?
@Hannah: It is generally sold for RM29.90 per bottle (50ml). However, with the frequent sales nowadays you should be able to get it cheaper.
How much does it cost in India and where i can buy it from
@sal You might want to look in your local pharmacies as we do not know the prices in India
eager to try this product!
hum.. which one is better? loreal? garnier? or nivea? comment from expert please….
@Daniel: Not an expert but it depends on what you want in a skincare product. Each brand has different products to suit different needs. Some people might find a particular brand better because it works for them but others might develop allergies. The only way to know which works is to try it for yourself.
how to use this product?? use it like toner?? (put it at facial cotton n apply??) or only use hand to apply it at face?? i buy it at rm26.90 but forgot to ask cashier how to use it.
Squeeze some out onto your fingers and apply to your face. In the alternative, pump some into the palm of your hand, spread between the palms of both hands and apply to your face. The latter method is faster. You can read this for more detailed tips.
I bought this product in india, and it is really good but i have tried finding it here in the uk but have had no luck. is there any chance that you know where i can buy this from, like from an online shop?
You can try watching Strawberrynet.com to see if they stock it in future.

@abdulhalim: The White Activ is supposed to help skin lighten. There is no bleaching agent, but there is ingredients to help lighten pigment

L’Oreal Men Expert: White Activ Moisturising Fluid
or
L’Oreal Men White Activ Oil Control Moisturizing Gel Cream
I’m considering either one of them. I wish the department store has small trial packets.
Started using this one. It is still a bit too greasy for my type of skin.
Is the L’Oreal Men White Activ Oil Control Moisturizing Gel Cream less greasy compared to this one?
Hi,
I’m looking for product that can lighten marks that caused by pimples?
Any recommend product?
You can try any whitening product in the market. They will help reduce the appearance of facial marks.
Bought one of this and it seems okay. However, its in the direction that you use it only in the morning. Is it okay if I use it at night too or can you recommend an alternative to be applied before i go to sleep? By the way, I’m an asian too and my skin is oily and a bit prone to breakouts. I’m hoping to achieve a whiter, clearer, smoother and moisturized skin.
You can also use it at night if you like. The reason it states it is to be used in the morning is because it contains SPF for sun protection. You do not need sun protection at night. You can also try another moisturizer by L’Oreal Men that does not contain SPF for use at night.
Hey Gian. I have to same question too. Can i apply it before i go to sleep or after i got back from work ? Or just in the morning ?
You can also use it at night.
